• Our volunteers come from Santo Domingo, Pena Blanca, Sile, Cochiti Pueblo, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe and Albuquerque

  • Last year we answered 289 emergency calls

  • Nationwide 39% of fire departments provided no medical services, 46% provided basic life support (BLS) and 16% provided advanced life support (ALS)

  • CFD has 3 paramedics (ALS), 6 EMT Intermediates and 9 EMT Basics

  • The department provides a minimum of 2 hours of fire and medical training per month.
